Also all applicants require CPA license and req proficiency in accounting, which will be measured via employer provided assessment.br br BUSINESS NECESSITY Further to H.12 above All job opportunity requirements are normal except that the minimum qualifications requirements for this job appear to exceed the typical requirements per the OES Job Zone 4 definition. The job requirements are absolutely necessary for this particular type and level position, because a Tax Manager is a critical advanced level position within our structure. The work involves such critical activities as the following mentoring and developing staff, including onboarding new employees and providing career development planning and opportunities; developing comprehensive approach to and understanding of clients business needs; providing leadership and direction to management team; maintaining advanced knowledge of requirements in all areas of personal and business taxes; and preparing complex tax projections and briefing clients on savings opportunities. This level of ability and responsibility involves advanced skills that require any employee in this position to hold significant relevant qualifications. Such abilities only come with the required minimum level of qualifications. The job requirements bear reasonable relationship to the occupation of Tax Manager in the context of our business, and the requirements are essential to perform the job in a reasonable manner.
