As a subsidiary company, Hisense USA Corp. is obliged to report to the management of our parent company in China;2 Among the job duties of the proffered PERM job position of Sales Analyst include the following Design Python procedures and Tableau dashboards in English and Chinese to automate data collection, cleaning, analysis, and visualization functions; Provide the data and report for USA branch companys weekly and monthly business analysis meeting, and meanwhile, provide the same data and report in Mandarin Chinese to our HQ in China; Seek instruction from managing department in HQ in China, by communicating verbally in Mandarin Chinese andor via email in written Chinese, for product strategy and plan; Communicate daily in Chinese with Chinesespeaking only China HQs support team and factory to arrange production and make incoming plan, etc.; 3 most of the employees in our HQ cannot andor do not speak good English, its not feasible if we hire a translatorinterpreter to work closely daily with Sales Analyst, particularly because this proffered job position involves daily communications with our HQ in China through emails, audio messages realtime meetings.
