Requires 5 years of experience developing, designing, programing, troubleshooting and maintaining the following PLC HMI programming; PLC process PID control loop tuning; Industrial electrical distribution systems, materials compatibility and documents; PLC system architecture and document manipulation; 13.2KV and below electrical distribution systems; VFDs and electric motorfan systems; Fluid chiller and pumpcoolant systems; HVAC systems environmental, dehumidification, creature comfort; AUTOCAD files including oneline diagrams; and AUTOCAD to prepare mechanical system Proportional Integral Derivative controls, and layouts. Requires 5 years of experience troubleshooting the following Engine dynamometer drives and controls, internal combustion engine dynamometer testing and related test measurement systems; Fuels, lubricants and heat transfer fluids used in engine testing; and Mechanical power transmission, drive line components, couplings, machinery installation and rotating equipment alignment.
