Position requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field of study, plus 6 years of experience in the job offered, or as a Network Subject Matter Expert, or similar positions working with network andor telecom systems. Must have 6 years of experience with each of the following working with speech enabled and natural language IVR Interactive Voice Response platforms; administering and managing IVR platform and routing switch platform such as Cisco, Avaya, or Genesys; and working with Verint call recording.
