Specifically, she holds a JD from Columbia Law School 2017. While at Columbia Law School, she demonstrated academic excellence as evidenced by her being deemed a James Kent Scholar and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. She also served as the Senior Editor of the American Review of International Arbitration.br br Additionally, the foreign national has been admitted to the New York State Bar since January 22, 2018. She possesses at least 18 months of experience as a Law ClerkAssociate practicing CorporateMergers Acquisitions. Specifically, she was employed by Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton Garrison LLP from August 14, 2017 through January 21, 2018 as a Law Clerk, Corporate Unassigned, from January 22, 2018 to February 3, 2019 as a Junior Associate, Corporate Unassigned, and from February 4, 2019 to August 31, 2020 as a Junior Associate, Mergers Acquisitions. Her experience includes at least one year of experience supporting senior attorneys with significant 500m transactions by largecap private equity firms, and public company mergers, including mergers, asset acquisitions and leveraged buyouts of public and private companies.br br Please note that the positions of Law ClerkCorporate Associate, Unassigned Group and Junior Associate, Mergers Acquisitions are not substantially comparable to the offered position of MidLevel Associate, Mergers Acquisitions as the positions require different job duties in excess of 50 of the time. Please see Section K for additional details.br br Regarding Section H.12, please note that the employers requirements for the position are normal. First, as indicated by DOLs ONET source, the Lawyer occupation requires a JD or LL.M and several years of experience.
