Three 3 years of experience developing and implementing balance sheet optimization strategies. Must include at least three 3 years of experience supporting ALM strategy through adhoc analysis and performing costbenefit and impact analysis of optimization strategies; modelling and optimizing products from the liquidity and interest rate view and perspective; analyzing, evaluating and monitoring funding structures; developing core analytical capabilities and model libraries utilizing advanced statistical, quantitative, and mathematical techniques; researching and developing analytical tools to address issues including portfolio construction and optimization, performance measurement, attribution, profit and loss measurement, and valuation models; maintaining and modifying financial analytic models; enhancing the modeling capabilities for Long Term Funding Analysis LTFA to enable strategies focused on assetliability composition and to ensure sufficient liquidity in periods of market stress; conducting simulations to identify the impact of interest rates and future cash inflows and outflows to efficiently manage liquidity risk for the balance sheet; and, in executing duties, utilizing ALM Modeling, Bloomberg, VBA Macros, MATLAB R programing, CC, Regression Analysis and Risk Modeling.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, and experience is acceptable.
