Doctor of Medicine MD degree or foreign equivalent and have completed a three year residency program in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a two year residency program in Osteopathic Medicine. Training or Professional experience must include two years with each of the followingbr br Providing highquality clinical care to all patients on the Hospitalist Medicine or consult service through treating and managing the care of patients with acute and chronic medical illnesses.br Sitting on and leading quality of care committees and working with and for the Hospital Senior Leadership Team to execute on all clinical, operational and financial goals.br Handling sensitive and confidential patient information relating to not only the treatment of patients, but also the processes of quality improvement.br Utilizing understanding of clinical quality data and process flow metrics including LOS, HCAHPS, and clinical documentation in order to treat patients and discharge them to the next site of care.br Solving problems and working independently to achieve the highest level of patient care and the most effective clinical throughout for both the hospitalist group and the hospital as a wholebr br Must have a Commonwealth of Massachusetts Medical License.
