Must have a Juris Doctor JD Degree or a Master of Law LLM Degree, or foreign equivalent, in Law. Must be admitted to practice law in the State of New York. Must have five years of experience in corporate transactional practice. The five years of experience must include experience with private equity transactions; commercial contracts; private equity portfolio company legal matters; financing transactions; cross border transactional work; executive compensation and labor matters; intellectual property matters; and transaction related dispute resolution.
