Requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Food Science or a related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in the food or beverage processing industry. In lieu of a Bachelors degree in stated field and 5 years of experience as stated, will accept a Masters degree in stated field and 2 years of experience in the food or beverage processing industry. Must also have 3 years of experience with the following applying knowledge of coffee processing technologies including design and startup of new technologies; project management including leading crossfunctional teams, managing project timelines and budget management; food technology and engineering in soluble coffee factories; supporting implementation of multimarket Research Development RD project launches; and, participating as a member of a coffee sensory panel.
