Two 2 years of experience developing policies, procedures and technical reports associated with operating and maintaining global networks. Prior experience must include two 2 years of experience leveraging networking tools to identify and mitigate network anomalies; analyzing application data and traffic flow data to identify and improve suboptimal network behaviors; developing and supporting mid to longterm solutions for an advanced global IP network; interacting with external parties to negotiate and turn up BGP peering to grow network infrastructure; working with SRE and Development teams to build and operate a highly available, highperformance infrastructure; interfacing with line providers to design, order, install and maintain dark fiber, metro connect, and IPservice links; and in executing duties, utilizing TCPIP, Ethernet, IP AddressingSubnetting, VLANs, service provider IGP implementations, backbone and edge routing policy, networking systems, protocols, routers, switches, load balancers and WAN technologies, Python, Linux, layer 2 and layer 3 switches.br br br Any suitable combination of education, training, and experience is acceptable.
