Experience must include eighteen months of designing process flow charts and organization charts based on interviews conducted with subject matter experts, industry research, and procedural documentation; developing financial models quantifying labor, vendor, and systems compliancerelated revenues and costs identified, detailing calculation methods, validated assumptions, and information sources for client deliverable support; designing and implementing operating models, including creating frameworks, policies, methods, samples, and education materials, to actively manage identified regulatory, financial, and operational risks; analyzing large sets of financial data pulled from client financial systems to quantify relevant revenues and costs from general ledger accounts, accounts payable, and invoices, and performing pattern and trending analysis; reviewing contracts and invoices to summarize main contract terms, assess whether contract terms are followed, and identify any contract compliance issues and potential revenue and cost leakages; researching government regulations and drafting client presentations summarizing regulations backgrounds, applicability to client, cost categories identified, business case for recovery, cost identification processes followed, and any potential process improvements; communicating project progress, budget economics, and proposed project next steps to project leadership and client points of contact; performing process audits to analyze processes, controls, and technology needed to effectively support documentation of financial and risk compliance processes and identify potential process gaps; and mentoring and training junior team members and reviewing and providing input on work product.
