Minimum requirements are Bachelors degree, or its equivalent, in Nutrition, Food Sciences, or a related field; and 2 years of relevant experience.br br Must have Registered Dietitian Certification; License Dietitian for state of Texas; proven knowledge of relevant regulations federal, state and local regulation, including HIPPA, JCAHO, quality assurance, safety, operations, personnel; experience managing health touch project for improving patients food service experience; experience managing service depot rounding process on daily bases for improving patient satisfaction score; experience managing malnutrition initiative project in the clinical nutrition setting; Serve Safe Manager certification; and able to develop and manage several in service training projects for food service staff on various diets.
