Specific Skills

Must have experience in managing large EPC projects worth over 500 million and involving complex design and construction, quality assurance, and job contract management. Must have demonstrated ability to read engineering documents including engineering drawings involved in construction, such as architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, piping isometrics, PIDs, etc.. Must have good understanding of construction processes including sequencing of required activities and ability to figure out lowest installed cost. Must have demonstrated ability to understand and effectively communicate the details to field supervision and craft. Must be able to effectively communicate with OEMs Technical Field Advisors. Must have experience with the following or comparable tools Primavera P6, Bluebeam Revu, Bentley Tool Package, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Timberline, BV Package Manager, MS Visio, and 3d Lift Plan. Must be willing to work 5060 hours a week. Requires travel to project locations up to 100 of the time. Must have good written and verbal communications skills in English. All applicants must be able to complete preemployment onboarding requirements if selected which may include anyall of the following criminalcivil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
