Masters degree or foreign equivalent Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or a closely related field and 3 years of experience as an engineer in the automotive industry. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in an acceptable field as stated above plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience as stated above.
