Experience must include 3 years of experience in each of the following Culturing mammalian cell types including human iPSCs, immortalized cells, and primary cells utilizing sterile cell culture techniques and standard laboratory procedures; Primer design, PCR, molecular cloning, DNA analysis utilizing software including Serial ClonerSnapGene, qPCR, ddPCR, DNARNA isolation, purification quality control; Utilizing cellular biology techniques including ELISA, imaging, image analysis, western blot; Experience with flow cytometry principles, invitro assay development fluorescence microscopy; Experience with Lentiviral production and characterization of VLPs Vector Lentiviral Particles; and Utilization of DoE methods for experimentation and statistical analysis.
