This Lead IT position is part of the core infrastructure of the specialized technology systems used for online betting and gaming, operating a massive amount of betting operations and data. The specialized gaming technology is what operates the systems, games, and betting operations that is bwin.party NJs business and revenue producer. This requires extensive specialized skills, experience, and knowledge and is a business necessity, critical to this position. These requirements may be considered outside the normal requirements in comparison to a more standard Lead IT position. Due to this, these requirements justify our business necessity for this position.br br Section J, Part 18 Mr. Panisery has the years of experience required in H.6., consisting of 120 months 10 years experience as a Software Engineer, IT or Technical Lead, or in IS management roles. However, we reiterate that Mr. Panisery qualifies for the offered position by virtue of the alternative requirements of the minimum of 12 years of experience, requiring at least 2 years of experience in the specialized field of IT infrastructure systems, 10 years of online gaming sector experience, and 5 years as an IT Lead.
