Specific Skills

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an ABET accredited college or university. A minimum of three years of Civil Engineering experience, of which a minimum of two years should be in Overhead Transmission Line Engineering. EIT Civil certification is required. Must have engineering design experience using PLSCADD, PLSPOLE, PLSTOWER, FAD, LPile, Sag10, RISA2D, RISA3D, MathCAD, MicroStation, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, and SAP. Must have experience with engineering codes and standards, including NESC, GO 95, ASCE, ACI, AISC, IEEE, RUS, PJM, OSHA, ANSI, AWS, CIGRE, and EPRI. Must have experience with Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Office, and Google Earth Pro. Must have experience with developing estimates for Requests for Proposals RFPs and Change Orders. Must have experience with project scheduling, budget forecasting, and tracking budgets. Must have experience communicating and interfacing with clients. Must have experience leading teams and supervising professionals. Must have good written and verbal communications skills in English.
