Develop client content, including valuation analyses, fairness opinions, evaluations of acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raises, offering memorandums, board materials, investor presentations, and rating agency presentations;br 7. Facilitating transactions and underwriting of securities, including determining the price and size of securities and providing financial models to potential investors and credit agencies;br 8. Utilizing Factset platform for financial modeling, valuation and presentation materials, analysis of market data, stock price performance, company financials and research estimates, company ownership and shareholder structure, industry and MA screening; andbr 9.
