Specific Skills

The five 5 years of experience required in Section H must be progressive postbaccalaureate experience in an information technology application support position. Experience must include five 5 years of experience, which may be concurrent, in all of the following 1 Providing actual and remote technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues via phone, email and chat related to a companys software and system, including SAP ERP Modules like Manufacturing, Finance and Sales, CRM, HR and TRIP; utilizing engineering software like Bentley Plant Design and AutoDesk. 2 Providing first and second level support for a global company on the following projects communication tools standardization; modern digital workplace; Bentley Plant Design and AutoDesk software migration; integration of new companies to an existing company IT structure. 3 Interviewing users and performing troubleshooting techniques; triaging to collect information about technology problems; and leading users through diagnostic procedures to determine source of issue and best course of action, controlling incident, problem, change management, hardware and software inventory via IT service management platform Cherwell and Ivanti Landesk, applying ITIL concepts. 4 Monitoring user problems and system issues to identify trends and patterns and providing feedback information to relevant IT staff regarding recurring problems or issues on Sophos Central Antivirus, and Microsoft Office 365 Enterprise. All experience may have been gained concurrently. Experience must have been acquired after completion of the Bachelors Degree program. Domestic and international travel required 20 of the time.
