This position requires at least any bachelors degree, or its foreign equivalent, plus 8 years of progressively responsible postbaccalaureate experience as a Management Consulting Manager, Change Management Consultant, Talent Organization Consultant, or in a related Enterprise Human Capital position. Employee needs to reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the assigned Accenture office.
