The position requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, or a related field plus three 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related field. Position also requires demonstrable experience with each of the following Designing and developing cloud based applications using Oracle involving Online and Batch Mode transaction processing; Writing PLSQL stored procedures and SQL queries to implement and maintain product features; Designing and developing applications for highavailability 99.99 uptime systems; Development experience in threetier architecture to provide Database support for applications that use JavaJ2EE technologies; Developing applications in Unix Or Linux environments including shell scripting, and using source code control tools like git or svn; Writing Detailed Technical Design documents, Explain the Data Model, Provide Detailed Comments in Software Code; Communicating software design to development team members, collaborating with functional leaders to understand business requirements, and explaining designed behavior to crossfunctional team members and management; Supporting and enhancing physical data models deployed on Oracle; Designing and developing database schema objects; Designing Database Package procedures to maintain the database tables; Conducting technical review of SQL code and participating in design reviews; Oracle database Performance tuning activities, including tuning SQL queries and database applications; Reviewing Oracle AWR Automatic Workload Repository, ASH Active Session History, and ADDM Automatic Database Diagnostic Monitor Reports to identify database bottlenecks, slow running queries and implement necessary performance improvements to the design; Maintaining the existing product release code and address bugs and enhancements in a timely manner; and Participating in a scrumbased development process.
