Specific Skills

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related plus at least one year of related experience. EIT Required, or in the absence of an EIT, evidence of having passed the fundamentals of engineering exam is required. Related experience must include SYNCHRO; SIMTRAFFIC; AUTOCAD; MICROSTATION; HCS; and Signal Timing controller software. Experience with national standards such as HCM, MUTCD, ITE manuals, AASHTO.
