Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Engineering or a related field plus five 5 years of progressively responsible, postbaccaulaureate experience in a production and underwriting role in a Brazilian and Latin American Reinsurance Market. Must include five 5 years of Reinsurance experience as a Surety Underwriter. Must have experience in Treaty and Facultative Reinsurance underwriting; and managing a large and complex portfolio, for Brazil in excess of 100 million. Must have proven leadership and negotiations skills. Must be fluent in Portuguese and Spanish written and oral. Willingness to travel domestically approximately 12 times per year for 23 days and internationally approximately 610 times per year for 45 days per year.br br Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
