Minimum requirements are Masters degree in Financial Engineering, or a related field, or its equivalent; and 2 years of relevant experience. Must have Strong mathematical foundation applied to financial derivatives markets; Demonstrated knowledge of arbitragefree instrument valuation methods; empirical risk estimation techniques and calculation of associated statistics; prepayment and default modeling of both qualifying and nonqualifying mortgage loan pools; inputs, data sources, API function calls, calibration procedures for Andrew Davidson Co Agency PPM, LDM AgencyOnly, LDM NonAgency models; waterfall modeling for assetbacked securities; pool and asset modeling for assetbacked securities, including RMBS, CMBS, Auto Loans, Credit Cards, Student Loans; data sources, estimation methods, API inputs and calls for modeling all these as implemented in the Moodys WSA API as well as the alternate Moodys implementation available via Excel; integration of ADCo with Moodys for agency CMO; fast simulation methods for VaR, tracking error, and tail risk on structured securities and indexes; and benchmark Agency generic CUSIP data enrichment and modeling.
