In addition to the 3 years of plastic compounding experience, must also have experience with each of the following 1 3 years of experience managing the production line and machinery for the production of polypropylene, TPO, and engineering plastics compounds, which includes management of 7090 mm highspeed twinscrew extruders; 2 3 years of experience managing production engineers and line operators; 3 3 years of experience using software to monitor equipment efficiency Bitlam or similar ERP software and manage production equipment Material Transport or similar software; 4 3 years of experience in managing and troubleshooting the whole compounding line which involves experience with the following PLC material conveying software, gravimetric feeders, underwater and strain pelletizer, and slowmotion dense phase conveying system, and railcar unloading system, and 5 3 years experience with main raw materials resins, additives, glass fiber, mineral filler, and masterbatches and their processing, polypropylene compounding formulations, and SAP Warehouse Management System Modules. All experience may have been gained concurrently.
