Experience must include eighteen months of reviewing technical aspects of the regulatory framework of transfer pricing documentation and consulting work within the following industries Medical, Electronic Components, Semiconductors, and Telecommunications industries, or the Financial Sector; employing transfer pricing methodologies to evaluate transfers of tangible and intangible assets, provision of services, and financing arrangements, based on U.S. transfer pricing regulations and their OECD counterparts; drafting transfer pricing reports for multilateral global tax compliance in accordance with OECD guidelines; utilizing tax research tools, including BNA and LexisNexis, transfer pricing databases, including Compustat, Bureau van Dijk Osiris and Amadeus, Recap, RoyaltyStat, SP Capital IQ, and Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE, and statistical software, including MS Excel and STATA programs designed to conduct transfer pricing analysis; applying new regulatory principles and guidelines under OECDs Base Erosion and Profit Shifting BEPS initiative, preparing countrybycountry reports, functional modules, Masterfile to document clients global business structure, and the functional and risk related information; assisting with senior team members with engagement risks and project economics, including scoping, planning and budgeting, billing and collection activities, assembling team of specialists, and defining deliverables; utilizing various economic modeling methods, including discounted cash flow, realistic alternatives method, income method, residual profits method, services costs method, and other relevant methods as described in the U.S. transfer pricing regulations under IRC 482 and its OECD counterparts, to perform valuation of intangibletangible assets in the context of transfer pricing; and performing research to assist upper management with strategic transfer pricing planning, service cost allocation, audit defense, litigation support, and advance pricing agreement negotiations.br br Form 10B preparing U.S. or foreign transfer pricing reports documenting intercompany transactions for various multinational companies.
