The Business Support Analyst position at Travel Leaders Group is not substantially comparable to the Lead Systems Analyst position offered by Travel Leaders Group LLC in this Labor Certification. A comparison of the duties between the Lead Systems Analyst and the Business Support Analyst, specified in H.11 and K.c.9, demonstrates that the duties are more than 50 different. A significant portion of the Lead Systems Analyst duties listed in H.11 have no corresponding duty or are qualitatively different from duties listed in the Business Support Analyst position listed in K.c.9.
