Responsible for the Solution system architecture and each individual component; ensure responsible Solutions and their components stay technically current and secure; plan and drive the designarchitectural changes as necessary for the applications; maintain Business Continuity Plan Disaster Recovery Plan and periodically execute for all mission critical applications, meeting the predefined standards during Annual semiannual mock drills.br 11. Ensure 100 SLA Servicelevel agreement compliance of all owned applications.br 13. Partner with IT Support Level 1 2 teams to ensure NCR delegator ServiceNow tool is monitored closely and all issues are accepted and resolved per SLA, to ensure all applications databases are proactively monitored using advocated automated tools to identify resolve issues before they impact the business, to address procedure issues and improve processes, and to provide Level 3 support resolution when escalated from Level 1 2 organizations providing technical troubleshooting and defect resolution when escalated.br 14. Train the business community on operabilitynew functionalities deployed into the Solutions and all changesenhancements of the latest vendor version of the application.br 15. Other duties as assigned.br br br br br Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical field and four 4 years of experience with Product Management or Product Development. Experience must includebr br Four 4 years of experience with eMatrix, Dassault Systemes Technology, TCL, MQL, and PTC Windchill, including their respective security guidelines.br Four 4 years of experience managing Oracle databases and their security procedures.br Four 4 years of experience with the integration of heterogenous databases, applications, and security protocols.br Three 3 years of experience with UNIX OS and UNIX Shell Script development.br Two 2 years of Agile SAFeSCRUM experience with product owner roles and responsibilities.br Demonstrated knowledge of Software Engineering, Software Project Management, Object Oriented Analysis, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Networking, Computer Organization and Architecture, Relational Database management system administration, Computer programming, Internet Web Programming, Java, ERP technology, EBOM processing, Atlassian JIRA and Zephyr Automated Testing.br br Knowledge may be demonstrated through education, training andor experience.
