Job requires Masters degree or equivalent in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Food Technology or a related field plus 10 years of experience in the job offered or in Consumer Goods quality assurance and technical innovation management. Must have 5 years of experience utilizing quality tools with a sound statistical base Quality Management systems, process mapping, tooling qualification, FMEA or similar. Position also requires 5 years of experience in each of the following working in quality management within the beverage industry; communicating using verbal and written methods in formal and informal settings; designing and completing basic quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate and display various information and data; and managing projects through a change and problemsolving approach. Position requires approximately 20 travel to labs in North America for assessment and onsite visits.br br J.12. Mr. Arshed James received a Bachelors degree in Agriculture in 1993 as well as a Masters degree in Food Technology in 1996 from University of Agriculture Faisalabad in Pakistan. These degrees have been evaluated to be the equivalent to a US Bachelors degree in Agricultural Science and a Master of Science degree in Food Engineering, which are both substantially similar to the required degree field for this role.
