In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent in Architecture, Sustainable Design, Interior Design or related field, plus five 5 years of progressive postbachelors design experience. Two 2 years of the five 5 years of progressive design experience must include experience with the following 1 Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; 2 Bluebeam Revu; 3 3D modeling using Revit and SketchUp; 4 translating architects sketches and CAD documents into realized 3D models and images; 5 working on all architectural phases of a project from Schematic Design to Design Development through Construction Documentation floor plans, powercomm plans, RCPs, construction details, budget reviews, specifications and Construction Administration, including the review of shop drawings and finish samples; 6 working knowledge of building codes and regulations, agency standards, building materials, specifications, and construction techniques; AND 7 preparing and submitting Department of Building filings. Must have valid Autodesk Revit Certification. Incidental telecommuting may be permitted.
