Must have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering plus 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer or a substantially similar position. Alternatively, must have a Masters degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering plus 1 year of postbaccalaureate experience as a Software Engineer or a substantially similar position.
