Must have GA Educator Certificate in Science 612.br br This minimum requirement for the offered position of High School Science Teacher are normal for the offered position because, Preparing students, helping them to attain their educational aspirations combined with the federal and state rules of improving the grade levels of the students requires proper education and experience.br The Bachelors degree in Science, Education or related provide the teacher with the for fundamental academic knowledge and to impart subject knowledge to the students. In the offered position, the teacher will be in charge of teaching students at a high school level, where the teacher will be preparing and guiding students for the students collegiate degree and for other future education or employment. To meet the College and Career Ready Performance Index CCRPI, a High school teacher with minimum or inexperienced teacher cannot guide the students to perform well SAT and other professional tests and improve their grades within the given academic period. The State of Georgia has introduced a GA Milestone Test that serves as a key component of the States accountability system, to which the performance of the students are evaluated. Unlike earlier multiple choices tests, these are now openended tests, that require the students knowledge not only in subject matter, but also in writing, reading and analytical skills. Only a well qualified teacher can train the students in improving their skills for these qualities; The subjects in the Bachelors degree prepares the teacher in understanding the subjects, the experience helps them to foresee the Emotional and Behavioral issues of the students and prepares them to deescalating the classroom disruptions. Most importantly, Science being the subject that requires the intellectual ability and concentration, only a Teacher with experience can make the subject fascinating to the students and improve their interest. As a public school, responsible for many students future, it is far high a risk to students educational aspirations if we were to employ someone who is not qualified to do the highly critical job duties for the offered position. The requirement of Bachelors degree and the teaching certification is not too high a requirement, as the requested degree and experience provides for reallife situations that prepares for most of the eventualities, it also ensures that the teacher is prepared for all the needs of the students and address any issues, foreseen or unforeseen, which may arise while teaching the students. The certification proves their ability to meet the state issued requirements on teaching.
