Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or related field willing to accept foreign education equivalent plus five years of experience with application security and business process controls. Experience must include five years of utilizing IBM Suite for Identity and Access Management IAM products, including ISAM, ISIM, SDS, TDI, IGI, Privilege ID Manager, DB2, and WAS, to design and implement IAM solutions and gather business requirements; designing and architecting identity credential and access management solutions with scalability, efficiency, and performance; following Identity Services Methodology, and building custom accelerators to enhance efficiency and reduce human errors; utilizing risk management and standards frameworks, including NIST 80030, NIST 80053, NIST 80063, NIST 90063, ISO 27005, ISO 31000, FAIR, IRAM 2, and CIS RAM to identify and assess security frameworks; designing and implementing Single SignOn solutions using authentication mechanism, including Kerberos DSSO, Web SSO, Federated SSO, SAML2.0, and MFA, and authorization protocols, including Oauth20 and OpenID; and interfacing directly with clients to discuss engagements. In the alternative, employer is willing to accept a Masters degree and three years of experience as stated above. Experience must include two years of mentoring and coaching junior team members. Position requires 90 travel.
