Bachelors degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related quantitative field 3 years of strategic management consulting experience. Alternatively, Masters degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related quantitative field 2 years of strategic management consulting experience also accepted. Prior experience must also include working in projectbased, team oriented environments leading, managing and balancing workload of teams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast paced and demanding environments; leading medium to large client teams, including oversight of client work planning, communications, and process management; applying depth of content knowledge for thought leadership in project execution and experience presenting to senior executives, both internally and among clients; and using sophisticated economic analyses to conduct primary research, define trends, draw conclusions, and present recommendations. Prior experience must also include indepth knowledge and experience working on risk topics including risk organization and governance, advanced credit risk measurement and management, riskbased pricing and valuebased management concepts, treasury and balance sheet management, including interest rate riskALM, risk transfer, VaR, and economic capital concepts, and nonfinancial risk management including cyber risk.
