Masters degree in Computer or Data Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, or a Social Science field such as Public Policy with a program of study focused on statistical and computational research methods and analysis for data informed public policy, organizational change, and sociocultural behavioral interventions and three years of experience developing custom configured business intelligence applications, tools and complex data analytics associated with large scale business or academic processes.br br Must have prior experience with higher education including Institutional Research; knowledge of data associated with academic program enrollment and administration; knowledge of data associated with teaching faculty appointments and processes; and, knowledge of policies, regulations, and data protection standards specific to the higher education industry and business processes. Must have prior experience with managing, programming, customizing, utilizing, joining, and extracting data through custom queries from software as a service and custom business intelligence applications. This includes experience with analytics programs and software including Qlik Sense, Tableau, R, Stata, SPSS, Visier, human resource information systems i.e. Workday, Oracle Business Suite, etc. as well as query and programming language SQL, C, Java Script, Java, and Python. Must have prior experience with each of the following complex project management and business process consultation across a range of academic, personnel, and operational contexts; developing or leading training sessions specific to data analytics ranging from data extraction tools, developing research questions that can be answered by data, and that build skills for promoting a data literate and evidencebased culture of decisionmaking; and, working with communityservice organizations or other nonprofits and must have a demonstrated history of intercultural competence. Must have prior experience or coursework in statistical modeling techniques including Linear Regression, GLM multiple regression, logistic regression, and variable selection.br br Must comply with university policies regarding Covid vaccination.
