In addition, the employer requires the followingbr br 1 Demonstrated knowledge of process development for Class II or Class III medical devices gained through at least four 4 years of work experience;br 2 Demonstrated history of technical decision making leveraging statistical analysis techniques such as ANOVA, ttests, capability studies, while utilizing statistical software such as Minitab gained through at least four 4 years of work experience;br 3 Demonstrated ability identifying root causes of medical device failures in the field, within the production line, and during the development process gained through at least three 3 years of work experience;br 4 Demonstrated ability to identify and draft failure modes and effects of new designs and processes dFMEA and pFMEAs gained through at least three 3 years of work experience drafting pFMEA or dFMEA documents;br 5 Demonstrated ability drafting technical documents such as test plans, reviews, and reports to communicate and log discovery gained through at least four 4 years of work experience;br 6 Demonstrated ability establishing new design input requirements and associated test methods gained through at least three 3 years of work experience; andbr 7 Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical properties of various polymer materials and methods for evaluation gained through at least three 3 years of work experience.br br All years of experience may be gained concurrently.br br 5 international and 5 domestic travel required per year.
