Prior experience must include five years 5 of experience with structuring, analyzing and executing transactions valued at over 1bn on behalf of financial sponsors and their portfolio companies; reviewing financial models for portfolio companies or potential targets of financial sponsors, such as MA, DCF, and LBO valuations; presenting to partner level financial sponsors on topics such as strategic alternatives, capital markets activities, restructuring alternatives and corporate governance issues at board meetings and pitches and on conference calls; helping senior team evaluate models to develop key judgments; leading dialogue when liaising with other senior bankers, clients, and product experts; managing live deal execution, including running due diligence processes, negotiating nondisclosure agreements and other legal documents with lawyers and potential buyers, organizing and attending deal and nondeal roadshows and liaising other investment banks; supervising, guiding and coordinating junior professionals work product, including reviewing financial modeling work and presentations prepared for live deals, corporate board meetings, investment banking pitches and client service projects on corporate finance topics; supervising and reviewing memorandums required to gain internal approvals from typical investment banking committees; and interacting with senior management to execute projects, providing updates and advice and preparing presentation materials as it relates to equity underwriting.br br Prior experience must include one 1 year of experience with providing advisory services to west coast mid and large cap equity firms.br br License Required FINRA Series 79.br Travel Requirement Domestic travel required approximately 10 of the time for client and industry meetings.
