Singlefamily and public projects through all phases.br 2. Documentation, architectural history, design, and technology.br 3. Vary, Maxwell and Escape to produce marketing renderings starting from a raw model without materials.br 6. Coordinating consultants drawings of structural, landscape and interiors.br 7. Working and coordinating directly with clients.br 8. Working with construction details, including concrete or CMU foundation with slab on grade or wood joist floor; concreteCMUbrick walls; wood metal stud walls with wood corrugated metal panel siding; flanged or block frame windows; solid wood and hollow metal doors; Roof eave rake; deck roof drainage waterproofing.br 9. Working with structural systems including wood post beam; steel framing; and wood or steel trusses.br 10. Managing project budgets and schedules.
