Clari, Inc. Clari specializes in a cloudbased, enterprise sales forecasting and execution platform. The Senior Software Test Engineer position is not entrylevel; it is an integral part of growing and maintaining our operations. In order to develop automated API Application Programming Interface testing for specific products in accordance with REST Representational State Transfer APIs, the Senior Software Test Engineer must have advance knowledge inwith the following Agile Development and Design Patterns; REST Representational State Transfer APIs Application Programming Interfaces and Databases such as MongoDB and SQL Structured Query Language; Test Framework and Performance Testing; and Test Plan and Test Cases Development. She must have advanced knowledge of AWS Amazon Web Services and Jenkins to perform extensive testing on pre and postrelease product features; and validate any reported issues on web as well as mobile. She must understand and have advanced knowledge of Test Framework and Performance Testing to develop testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability. She must have advanced knowledge in Test Plan and Test Cases Development in order to develop and execute software test plans in order to identify software problems and their causes; identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content; and to collaborate with senior software developers to review, pinpoint and resolve the missing test scenarios. In addition, she must have indepth understanding and knowledge of Frontend Test Automation using Java, Selenium, and TestNG to create test cases for Claris new product features as well as test cases for automated mobile testing on both Claris Android and iOS mobile applications. Without an advanced, theoretical background gained through at least a Masters degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related, the applicant would not possess the advanced knowledge gained from academic coursework, research project, teaching assistantship, or practical training through internship or coop required for the role. The educational requirement and the required advanced knowledge bear a reasonable relationship to the occupation in the context of our business and are essential to perform the job in a reasonable manner. Because Claris business involves realtime engagement data and insights platform to manage cloud applications that is on the cutting edge of the industry, a lower degree e.g. a Bachelors degree or Associates degree in the same field does not provide the theoretical and advanced knowledge required to be able to contribute to our unique and industryshaping technologies. Likewise, experience instead of an advanced degree would not provide the level of theoretical and advanced knowledge required for the position at Clari.
