Experience must include eighteen months of coordinating Oracle Identity and Access Management solution deployments through complete system development lifecycle, including analysis of solution requirements, solution design, architecture and supporting business processes, configuring and customizing IAM software products, and testing unit, system integration, performance and UAT testing; integrating Oracle Identity Manager to target systems including Active Directory, Oracle Internet Directory, and HR databases; designing and implementing centralized identity and access management processes, including user access, provisioning and deprovisioning to target systems, user reconciliation and password synchronization on target systems; designing and implementing single signon, finegrained authorization using Oracle Access Manager and centralized authentication using PingFederate and PingAccess; conducting sessions to understand companys current IAM environment and associated challenges, and capturing requirements to implement desired IAM solution; analyzing segregation of duties SoD conflicts in security roles to eliminate or mitigate risk due to violation of SoD rules; analyzing vulnerabilities, deploying specialized controls, infrastructure changes, and development process changes, and identifying and resolving any false positive findings during assessments; administering Qualys scanning tool, identifying vulnerabilities within the system environment, and developing and tracking remediation solutions to address security threats and vulnerabilities; analyzing code for custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms and workflows to assure sufficient security checks are embedded within code per business requirements; and designing security roles to minimize data exposures and restrict sensitive system administrative transactions. Position requires 90 travel.
