Implement POCs, improving client innovation process and developing Innovation prototypes on Salesforce technology.br 4 Leverage and guide multidiscipline technical and nontechnical teams e.g., business analysts, configurators, developers, user experience, and change managementbr 5 Lead the functional solution and team through all aspects of the delivery lifecycle from project initiation through project completion, including solution definition, design, implementation, and transitionbr 6 Define and work within all aspects of project delivery such as planning, grooming, standups, retrospectives, and solution demonstrationsbr 7 Work with Client teams, other Integration teams, 3rd Party vendors and dev QA teams to provide oversight and guidance on overall architecture solutioning implementation and validations on Cloud platformsbr 8 Advocate for the team following established Release management, source control, and deployment protocols with tools such as CICD pipelines, Metadata API, and integration services.
