Human Resources HR managers and executives who make the HRrelated decisions for our client companies are almost all Japanese nationals expatriated from Japan to work temporarily in managerialexecutive positions in the U.S.br br Our Market Research Analyst must liaise with such Japanese HR managers of our Japanese corporate clients in order to discuss and analyze clients needs and develop both our business and client business.br br Furthermore, Quick USA is a whollyowned subsidiary of Quick Co., Ltd., a recruiting and staffing service company in Japan. Therefore, in order to develop U.S. marketing strategy so as to conform with policy of our parent company in Japan and generate synergy to expand our business, our Market Research Analyst must communicate with management of our parent company in Japanese.br br In other words, a person who has cannot read, write and communicate in fluent Japanese would not be able to effectively perform duties of our Market Research Analyst.
