Specific Skills

Qualified applicants must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in International Relations, Business, Sales, Marketing, Communication or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or acceptable alternate occupation. Must possess 2 years within the Human Resources or HR Shared Services field in a large multinational corporation; and managing a team of at least 5 individuals. Must possess 1 year of experience in the following working in and navigating HR Services related technologies, including CRM systems, Peoplesoft HRIS, Talent Applicant Tracking system, and analytics and reporting systems to provide customer resolution; Project Management in Kaizen and lean operational tools; working with Microsoft Office, including Excel macros and pivot tables, Work, PowerPoint, and Outlook; and handling confidential matters with discretion. Experience must include communicating both written and verbal with executive level clients; providing daily communications via email, and inperson meetings to executive level clients; and makingdelivering, presenting, and providing support to Csuite in a large multinational corporation. Up to 10 domestic travel is required. Telecommuting permitted up to two times per week.
