This position requires experience with the following developing and maintaining corporate banking relationships with European, Middle Eastern, and Indian clients at the executive level; Marketing corporate banking products and crossselling banking products, including Cash Management and Treasury Services, Credit and Corporate Finance, Trade Finance, Foreign Exchange, Interest Rates Hedging and Derivatives, Commodities Hedging, and Structured Finance and Credit Deals; Originating and executing transactions including leading deal teams, product teams, Request For Proposals RFPs, and sanctions and crossborder compliance knowledge; Leading negotiations and executions of International Swaps and Derivatives Association ISDA agreements in coordination with internal departments such as legal, credit, and compliance; and leading Know Your Customer KYC processes and due diligence reviews of corporate clients based on individualized profile risk attributes. This position requires up to 40 domestic travel and up to 8 international travel.
