Develop and drive policy and process business requirements in conjunction with change projects, applying knowledge of internal processes to drive alignment on global policies.br 6. Create order management workflows by incorporating any changes or new processes.br 7. Advise on training and communication requirements for new projects or processes that impact internal and external customers and partner vendors.br 8. Assist in the coordination and creation of external customer training globally to implement new systems including CPQ, PWS and Partner Center updates, including partner access and account setup and profiles.br 9. Help train, coach, assign and oversee work for team members conducting transaction audits and provide feedback on their performance.br 10. Serve as global SME subject matter expert on all company policy and procedures applicable to the Operations Client Services department.br 11. Create test plans for new product offering and backend systems including SAP ECC, S4 Hana, CPQ and PWS that support all order processing scenarios globally with specific attention on EMEA and APAC partner requirements.br 12. Create sample data for usage in system testing and data migration to backoffice systems including SAP ECC, S4 Hana, SFDC, AUM, WinShuttle, UI Path, Sendmail this includes validation for internal controls.
