The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelors degree and seven 7 years of experience in lieu of the Masters degree and five 5 years of experience.br br This position requires experience in the following skills Programming language such as Python or Javascript to build automation solutions; Unix andor windows operating systems and networking protocols; Information security systems and ITIL methodology; Cloud technologies with at least one professional level certification in AWS or Google; Database technologies, performance optimization and automated database deployments; SDLC practices including systems design requirements collection, architecture, design, full stack coding, deployment and testing in various technological platforms; Configuration management technologies such as puppet or ansible; Telemetry including application monitoring with tools including appdynamics, apica, Grafana, Prometheus and splunk; Managing high performing employees across North and South America; Automation of deployments using the latest CICD technologies including Jenkins and Rundeck within onprem, public and private cloud; Container technologies including Docker and kubernetes to leverage the benefits of microservice; Supporting or troubleshooting information security applications or Cloud Products; Implementing a topnotch continuous improvement process that includes rootcause analysis, solution identification and implementation, and ongoing emphasis on autoremediation; Maintaining and supporting logging, alerting and monitoring platform; Collaborating with Product Management and Engineering leaders to ensure that operational and reliability requirements are clearly articulated and integrated into the product roadmap; Managing ongoing proactive monitoring of support systems using monitoring tools and timely response to alerts to avoid outages; Linux andor Microsoft Windows Servers; Security or monitoring products, including 2 or more of the following Applications Splunk, App Dynamics, or other monitoringlogging products; Database structures such as SQL and Oracle; Health and performance monitoring and dashboard technologies; and Creating a culture and environment centered around principles of Agile development, automated process and selfservice environment.
