Masters in Business Administration or Finance plus three years of experience in the offered position or as a Finance Manager or Senior Associate.br br All required experience must have included preparing and controlling budgets and financial forecasts for consolidated advertising holdings companies; gathering, controlling, and analyzing financial information from controlled advertising companies including annual budget and projected forecasts, management fees, intercompany balances; reviewing and auditing media purchases using ADSolutions and ADNet as well as recorded revenue in Cognos; presenting financial reports and providing recommendations based on those reports to senior management; analyzing financial soundness of client business pitches, fee calculations, and regional advertising strategies; performing financial analyses for advertising company mergers acquisitions, restructurings, and other financial transactions; participating in public offerings; planning and executing audit procedures according to IFRS, US GAAP and local Latin American GAAPs; and ensuring compliance with SarbanesOxley Act through internal controls evaluations and quarterly onsite testing at Latin American agencies.br br Position requires some 40 international travel quarterly to client sites, as assigned. Travel currently suspended due to COVID.
