Position requires seven years of progressively responsible postbaccalaureate experience in Corporate Investment Banking. This experience must include 4 years of experience participating and leading in syndicated loan documentation negotiation with lawyers, clients and other financial institutions in the Latin American syndicated loan market; 4 years of experience structuring highlycomplex debt solutions including acquisition financing in accordance with clients credit profiles, targeted capital structure, and internal risk management compliance; 2 years of experience leading the structuring and origination of financial products in Latin America or for LatinAmerican based clients; 5 years of experience building financial models, including cashflow analysis, debt sizing, mergers and acquisitions, and leveraged buyout models based on industry and client knowledge; 4 years of experience performing business and financial due diligence of corporate clients to determine credit suitability for loans and acquisition financing; and 4 years of experience drafting and presenting credit memos to credit business risk committees. Must be able to fluently speak, read and write in Spanish. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience consistent with H.4 to H.14.
