Specific Skills

Minimum requirements are Masters degree, or its equivalent, in Finance, Information Systems, or related field; and 2 years of experience in finance information systems.br br Must have Demonstrated experience supporting or implementing investment management solutions within a bank, hedge fund, asset manager or wealth management firm; demonstrated experience with order management and compliance solutions; proven knowledge of fixed income or equity financial instruments; proven knowledge of derivatives and FX instruments; proven knowledge of SQL and understanding of relational databases, and demonstrated experience with FIX or similar protocols; demonstrated experience in Crystal Reports or similar reporting packages; demonstrated experience in understanding client needs and building effective relationships; demonstrated ability to work within a team environment and be focused on providing highquality service to clients; strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to convey plans, issues and risks to clients and team members in a clear and concise manner; strong problemsolving skills and ability to decompose complex issues into components and perform root cause analysis; and strong time management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
