As a subsidiary company, Hisense USA Corp. is obliged to report to and to satisfy the requests by the management of our parent company in China; 2 The proffered PERM position of HR Specialist will be involved in frequent communications with our HQ in China in such areas as training and development, recruitment, HRIS, and organizational structure development; it is a role to serve as an effective liaison on our China HQs initiatives, most of the employees in our HQ cant dont speak good English, its not feasible if we hire a translatorinterpreter to work closely, even daily with HR Specialist particularly when the substantive work involves hiring policy, hiring process and demands of our HQ in China; it is integral part of the job to ensure that the training programs and human resources management information comply with both Federal and State laws, and company policy of our HQ in China; 3 Due to the nature of the job and the constant communication in the Chinese language with our HQ, the competent performance of this job requires the proper background knowledge and its just not practical to perform the job in a reasonable manner if the candidate does not have the Chinese language proficiency.
